Atribuciones transitorias para el director del Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, Icfes. Las funciones de gerente y representante legal del Fodesep las desempeñará transitoriamente el Director General del Icfes, quien será registrado por el Dancoop. El Gerente provisional deberá organizar, promocionar y citar a la primera asamblea general ordinaria en un término no superior a seis meses, contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto.
