El día último de cada mes se cortarán las cuentas y se producirá un balance que con sus respectivos anexos deberá presentarse a la Junta Directiva. El 30 de junio y 31 de diciembre se producirán balances generales acompañados de informes del Gerente y del Auditor del Banco para la misma Junta Directiva.
