Departamento de Presupuesto, Contabilidad, Control y Pagaduría. - Trasládase al Ministerio de Justicia la actual Sección de Presupuesto y Contabilidad del Ministerio de Gobierno y la Pagaduría anexa a ella, con las mismas funciones que actualmente desempeña, pero relacionadas en adelante con las dependencias y personal del Ministerio de Justicia. Dicho Departamento tendrá los empleados y asignaciones siguientes:
