°. Naturaleza . La Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud – ADRES es un organismo de naturaleza especial del nivel descentralizado de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y financiera, patrimonio independiente, asimilada a una empresa industrial y comercial del Estado en los términos señalados en la ley de creación, adscrita al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, la cual se denominará para todos los efectos, Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud – ADRES.
