amends ley 28/79

El artículo 164 de la Ley 28 de 1979 , quedará así:

"Las constancias escritas de aceptación de los candidatos deberán acompañarse a la solicitud de inscripción o presentarse antes del vencimiento del término de dicha inscripción, y en el caso del artículo anterior, las constancias escritas de aceptación de los candidatos reemplazantes deberán acompañarse a la solicitud de modificación de la lista de candidatos. "Las listas que se inscriban no podrán contener más candidatos que el de personas por elegir para la respectiva corporación".
