° Para los efectos del auxilio a que se refiere el presente Decreto, se entiende por damnificado que necesite de la ayuda oficial, la persona natural que por causa directa e inmediata de los terremotos, sufrió en sus intereses en tal forma, que sin el apoyo del Estado no podría reconstruir la habitación.
