Funciones de las Autoridades Ambientales Regionales y Urbanas en el SIRH. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales, las Corporaciones para el Desarrollo Sostenible, las Autoridades Ambientales de los Grandes Centros Urbanos, las creadas por el artículo 13 de la Ley 768 del 2002 Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia deberán realizar el monitoreo y seguimiento del recurso hídrico en el área de su jurisdicción, para lo cual deberán aplicar los protocolos y estándares establecidos en el SIRH.
