Artículo primero. Cédese a la entidad denominada "Provipress" de la ciudad de Ibagué 12.779.13 metros cuadrados de terreno, que forman parte de los 300.000 metros cuadrados que la Conciliatura cedió a la Nación mediante la escritura número 1375 de 1976, de la Notaría Segunda de Ibagué, para que dicha entidad adelante programas de vivienda para profesores y empleados del Colegio Nacional de San Simón, de Ibagué.
