Semestralmente, el 30 de junio y el 31 de diciembre de cada año, se cortarán las cuentas y se elaborarán los estados financieros completos, con las formalidades, requisitos e Informes y anexos que determina el Código de Comercio para su consideración por la Asamblea General de Accionistas.
