Las entidades públicas del orden nacional en cuyos presupuestos se incorporen partidas destinadas a la ejecución de proyectos del PLANTE, deberán coordinar con el Director del PLANTE la elaboración del programa anual de caja correspondiente a dichas partidas. La ejecución de las mismas tendrá especial prioridad dentro de los proyectos de inversión de tales entidades. Las solicitudes de modificación o distribución de las mencionadas partidas presupuestales, deberán ser concertadas previamente con el Director del PLANTE.
