º. Cuando la cuantía del subsidio familiar para vivienda de interés social en terrenos otorgado a determinado hogar, sea inferior al valor de la cuantía máxima del subsidio familiar para vivienda de interés social vigente al momento de su asignación, el hogar estará habilitado para solicitar la diferencia, en los términos y condiciones establecidos por el Gobierno Nacional.
