Término para interrogar al procesado. El funcionario de investigación procederá al interrogatorio del procesado dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes a aquella en que hubiere sido puesto a su disposición. Cuando el presunto infractor compareciere voluntariamente o en razón de la citación, sea interrogado de inmediato.
