Si los hechos a que se refieren los artículos 160 y 161 de este código son cometidos por otros miembros de la tripulación del buque, aeronave, carro de combate o medio de transporte colectivo de la fuerza pública, incurrirán en las mismas penas disminuidas hasta en la tercera parte.
