Artículo cuarto. Cuando dentro del plazo a que se hizo referencia en el artículo segundo de este Decreto deban hacerse giros al Exterior por concepto de las mencionadas deudas, las entidades respectivas enviarán a la División de Crédito Público y a la Oficina de Cambios una relación de los mismos, junto con los documentos que en él se detallan a fin de que pueda autorizarse la entrega de la diferencia de cambio.
