Protección a la vejez. Las personas privadas de la libertad menores de 65 años, que así lo soliciten, podrán ser afiliadas al Sistema Flexible de Protección para la Vejez constituido por los Beneficios Económicos Periódicos. El Ministerio del Trabajo determinará anualmente el monto del aporte correspondiente, el cual deberá ser descontado de la remuneración percibida por la persona privada de la libertad. El Inpec coordinará el giro de los recursos a la entidad a la cual se afilie a la persona privada de la libertad.
