Certificación de veracidad de la información. El representante legal de la respectiva Entidad Promotora de Salud, entidad del régimen de excepción o de la Dirección Territorial de Salud, certificará la veracidad de la información que reporta mediante comunicación que acompañe el medio magnético o por transferencia electrónica de remisión de la misma, de acuerdo con lo definido por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. En dicha comunicación deberá especificar las características y propiedades de los archivos remitidos.
