Articulo 15 . Procedimiento oficioso. El reconocimiento de las prestaciones sociales a que tiene derecho el soldado profesional de las Fuerzas Militares o sus beneficiarios, será tramitado oficiosamente por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, quien podrá delegar esta función. Cuando las oficinas de personal no puedan producir de oficio las pruebas pertinentes, corresponderá allegarlas al interesado, y si no existiere la prueba principal será reemplazada por la prueba supletoria que admita la ley.
