Acto continuo declarara, quien presida el examen, que la Escuela Nacional de Minas confiere al graduado en nombre de la República, el título respectivo, entregándole el diploma que acredite su idoneidad. Este diploma será firmado por el Rector, con los cuatro examinadores más antiguos lo autorizará el Vicerrector y lo sellará coa el sello de la Escuela después de registrado en el libro respectivo. capítulo xix Alíales de la Escuela.
