El control de la liquidación y del recaudo del impuesto creado por el artículo 3º del Decreto legislativo 1698 de 1942 quedará a cargo de las Secciones Terceras de las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional; oficinas que podrán solicitar en el territorio de su jurisdicción todos los informes que crean indispensables para la liquidación exacta del gravamen.
