Artículo Único. La pensión de cuarenta pesos mensuales de que disfrutaba la Sra. Dolores F. de Briceño viuda de prócer de la Independencia General Emigdio Briceño, se eleva á sesenta pesos ($ 60) mensuales y pasará á poder de sus hijas solteras Ana y Dolores Briceño F.

Las erogaciones á que dé lugar este aumento se considerarán incluidas en los Presupuestos respectivos.

Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
