Recepción de conformidad. Si del examen de la petición y de las aclaraciones y complementaciones que se hubieran requerido por una sola vez se deduce el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos conforme al artículo anterior de este Decreto, así lo comunicará el Incomex al peticionario dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha de radicación de la solicitud.
