Art. 1º Autorízase al Gobierno para que organice los servicios de Correos y Telégrafos de manera que se refundan en un solo Departamento.

En esta Oficina habrá un Jefe que se llamará Director general de Correos y Telégrafos y un Subjefe que será Subdirector del Departamento, con las ásignaciones anuales de tres mil y mil ochocientos pesos ($ 3,000 Y $ 1,800) respectivamente, que se considerarán incluídos en los respectivos Presupuestos.
