° Adiciónase el artículo 6°, Capítulo I del Escalafón de Empleos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, contenido en el Decreto 1279, del 22 de mayo de 1942, en la siguiente forma: Pertenecen a la 5 a categoría: Numeral c) Mecanotaquígrafo-liquidador de la Prefectura de Control de Cambios, Numeral k) Contadores Segundos de las Secciones de Contabilidad y Control Administrativo, Crédito Público y Fomento Municipal.
Parágrafo
Para estos empleos se requieren las siguientes condiciones mínimas de admisión al servicio: Para el numeral c), las establecidas para dicho numeral en el

del artículo 6° del Decreto 1279 de 1942; para el numeral k), preparación cultural suficiente, buen criterio, conocimientos generales de aritmética comercial, contabilidad oficial y teneduría de libros, buena letra y nociones de legislación fiscal.
