DEPORTES DE GOBERNANZA EXCLUSIVA PARA PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD. Los deportes que tienen una Federación u organización Internacional independiente, por ser deportes exclusivamente de personas con discapacidad o porque no se encuentran dentro de los deportes a que hace referencia el artículo 2.9.2.2. del presente decreto, se constituirán los respectivos organismos deportivos por deporte, en los niveles Nacional, Departamental y de Distrito Capital, Municipal y Distrital.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.9.2.5. Afiliación. Los clubes deportivos de personas con limitaciones físicas, sensoriales o mentales podrán afiliarse a la liga o asociación deportiva departamental correspondiente a su tipo de limitación. Los clubes promotores podrán afiliarse a la asociación deportiva departamental.
