El que en cuantía superior a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes acapare o, de cualquier manera, sustraiga del comercio artículo o producto oficialmente considerado de primera necesidad, incurrirá en prisión de cuarenta y ocho (48) a ciento ocho (108) meses y multa de veintiséis punto sesenta y seis (26.66) a trescientos (300) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes .
