Artículo tercero. Las agencias, entidades o instituciones nacionales que soliciten visado para entrar a Colombia refugiados y apátridas, deberán garantizar, por intermedio de su representante legal, ante el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, mediante la firma del acta respectiva, que atenderán por su cuenta y bajo su responsabilidad a los gastos que demande la recepción, transporte dentro del país sostenimiento provisional, gestiones de colocación de cada uno de los inmigrantes para quienes solicite visa.
