Decreto 3020 de 1989 · Por el cual se dictan normas para la exacta recaudación y administración de los tributos, se modifica el Decreto reglamentario 2579 de 1983 y se reglamenta parcialmente el Estatuto Tributario, en especial sus artículos 319 y 320.
