Art. 2. º Aunque en cada una de las Secretarías de Estado se continuarán llevando uno o mas libros de decretos para los que el Poder Ejecutivo dicte en los respectivos ramos adscritos a cada cual de ellas, para la numeración habrá de estarse a un reijistro ad hoc qué correrá a cargo de la Secretaría de lo Interior i Relaciones Esteriores.
