Autorízase al Gobierno para emitir hasta Quinientos mil pesos ($ 500,000), en documentos de crédito público que se denominarán bonos de deuda interna , que ganarán el ocho por ciento de interés anual y se amortizarán en el dos por ciento de todas las rentas y contribuciones nacionales y se les expedirá en series numeradas y continuas, y su emisión se hará de conformidad con los reglamentos del Gobierno.
