La suma de que trata el Artículo primero será puesta a disposición de la Municipalidad de Bogotá en un solo contado o en varios, y la partida o partidas para el gasto se consideraran incluidas en el Presupuesto de la vigencia próxima y en los de las subsiguientes, en cuento fuere necesario.
