º. El Presidente de la República designará el Liquidador de la empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia que deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas para Gerente de la Empresa, devengará su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El Liquidador de la Empresa ejercerá las funciones prescritas para el Gerente de la entidad, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación y las disposiciones de este Decreto. Mientras se nombra y toma posesión el Liquidador, el Gerente General de la Empresa que por este Decreto se liquida ejercerá sus funciones.
