ARTICULO 4.1.9.0.5 .- DEL MANEJO DE LAS CONTRIBUCIONES. La Dirección General del Presupuesto y la Dirección General de Tesorería del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, manejarán las contribuciones para el sostenimiento de la Superintendencia Bancaria, que corresponde pagara las entidades vigiladas por ella, como cuenta presupuestal de manejo especial, denominada "Fondo de Contribuciones Superintendencia Bancaria ", cuya cuantía será igual a la apropiación presupuestal asignada para el efecto en el Presupuesto Nacional.
