Auxilio de Transporte para 2026 . Fijar a partir del primero (1°) de enero de dos mil veintiséis (2026), el auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los servidores públicos y los trabajadores particulares que devengan hasta dos (2) veces el Salario Mínimo Legal Mensual Vigente, en la suma de DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y NUEVE MIL NOVENTA Y CINCO PESOS ($249.095 ), que se pagará por los empleadores en todos los lugares del país, donde se preste el servicio público de transporte.
