Artículo séptimo. Una vez suscrito y ratificado el contrato o contratos de que trata el artículo anterior, el Gobierno Nacional, por conducto de los Ministerios de Salud Pública, Educación Nacional y Agricultura, procederá a suscribir con los respectivos organismos internacionales el correspondiente plan de operaciones para el Programa de que se trate.
