Los Reverendos Padres de la Compañía de Jesús suministrarán veinticinco becas para internos y cuarenta para externos en el Colegio de San Bartolomé. Tanto las becas de que trata este artículo como las de igual clase que para internos costea actualmente la Nación en el Colegio mencionado o en otros colegios, serán distribuidas proporcional y equitativamente entre los Departamentos y las Intendencias. Hecha esta distribución no podrán ser en ninguna caso adjudicadas las becas a alumnos oriundos de otros Departamentos o Intendencias. Será nula toda adjudicación que se haga en contravención a lo dispuesto en esta Ley.
