Son aplicables a los funcionarios y empleados a que se refiere el presente Decreto, en cuanto fueren pertinentes, las normas contenidas en los Títulos III , IV, V, XI y XII del Decreto ley 250 de 1970. Para los Procuradores Delegados, el Secretario General y el Procurador Auxiliar se señala como edad de retiro forzoso la de sesenta y cinco años, para los demás funcionarios y empleados la de sesenta años.
