Artículo sexto. Sobre los casos directos o indirectos de las drogas y demás elementos que adquiera la Corporación con destino a los diferentes organismos, la Junta Directiva podrá establecer un recargo para constituir reservas especiales, para aumentar su capital de trabajo o para extender sus necesidades administrativas, manteniéndose dentro del espíritu de servicio económico y social que la inspira.
