Loa padres o acudientes dé los alumnos están obligados: 1° A matricularlos en tiempo, cuando hayan de ser cursantes; 2°. A someterse a las prescripciones del presente Reglamento; 3°. A secundar a los Superiores de la Escuela en todo cuanto concierne a la buena marcha de ella; 4°. A proporcionar oportunamente a los alumnos los libros y útiles que necesiten para el aprendizaje; 5°. A abstenerse de intervenir en el régimen interno de la Escuela, en la cual solamente los Superiores de ella tienen autoridad.
