Multilingüismo Como Objetivo De La Educación Superior

amends ley 30/92

Adiciónese un literal nuevo al artículo 6o de la Ley 30 de 1992, el cual quedará de la siguiente manera:

Artículo 6o. Son objetivos de la Educación Superior y de sus instituciones:

[…] k) Desarrollar las habilidades comunicativas para leer, escribir, escuchar, hablar, interpretar y expresarse efectivamente en cualquier lengua, sea nativa, Lengua de Señas Colombiana o lenguas extranjeras para responder a los principios de Equidad, Enfoque en el contexto del estudiante, Territorialidad y Diversidad señalados en el Artículo 3o, teniendo en cuenta el contexto, intercultural, multicultural y multilingüístico de los estudiantes en Colombia.
