ARTICULO 108 . RECURSOS. El recurso de reposición se interpondrá ante el mismo funcionario que produjo la calificación para que la aclare, modifique o revoque; el de apelación, ante el Director Regional del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, con el mismo propósito o ante el Director General del Instituto si hubiere sido calificado por el Director Regional del mismo.

Parágrafo

No procede recurso de apelación contra la calificación de servicios practicada por el Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC.
