Habilitación de aeropuertos para efectos aduaneros. La habilitación de los aeropuertos tendrá una vigencia indefinida y no requerirá la constitución de garantías. Dicha habilitación estará sujeta a la observancia de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior y al cumplimiento de las obligaciones contenidas en el artículo 46ºdel presente Decreto.
