º Si un individuo que figure en el registro de compradores desea retirarse del negocio temporalmente o de manera definitiva, deberá manifestarlo así al Inspector de la Pesca, a fin de que se le suprima del registro. El Inspector cancelará la inscripción y lo avisará así a la Aduana, la que sin tal aviso continuará cobrando el impuesto.
