TRASLADO SIN LLENO DE REQUISITOS PARA EL CARGO. Los funcionarios de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales, que desempeñen cargos sin reunir los requisitos mínimos exigidos por la ley para el desempeño de los mismos, podrán ser trasladados a otros cargos de igual remuneración salarial, sin tener en cuenta los requisitos exigidos para el nuevo cargo.
