REQUISITOS PARA LA VENTA Y UTILIZACION DE ARTICULOS PIROTECNICOS. La venta al público y utilización de artículos pirotécnicos diferentes a los mencionados en el artículo anterior, requiere autorización del Ministerio de Salud, la cual solo podrá expedirse con el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad y demás que se establezcan para tal efecto en la reglamentación de el presente estatuto.
