Aclárase el Decreto 1770 del 3 de agosto de 1994, por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los artículos 13, 14 y 16 de la Ley 60 de 1993, en relación con la certificación de registros para la administración autónoma del situado fiscal para la salud por parte de los Departamentos, Distritos y Municipios, sus procedimientos y formalidades, en el sentido que este acto administrativo reglamenta las Leyes 10 de 1990 y 60 de 1993.
