Firmada el acta de entrega por las personas que han intervenido en las diligencias y devuelto el expediente a la Gobernación o Intendencia, éstas pasarán copia de la resolución de adjudicación y de aquella acta o diligencia al Ministerio de Agricultura y comercio, y remitirán todo lo actuado a una de las Notarías del Circuito respectivo, para que, a costa del interesado, se protocolice en ella y se expida a éste la copia de la Resolución, la cual constituirá su título de propiedad sobre el terreno.
