Procedimiento oficioso. El reconocimiento de las prestaciones sociales a que tienen derecho los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, o sus beneficiarlos, será tramitado por procedimiento oficioso. Cuando las Oficinas de Personal no puedan producir de oficio las pruebas relacionadas en este Título, corresponderá allegarlas al interesado, y si no existiere la prueba principal será reemplazada por la prueba supletoria que admita la ley.
