Las autoridades distritales, municipales y metropolitanas informarán oportunamente a las autoridades nacionales competentes de la adopción o modificación de los planes integrales y en especial de las reglamentaciones sobre el uso del suelo, a fin de que se establezcan normas a las cuales deban someterse las entidades financieras que consagren modalidades diferenciales para la utilización del crédito.
