Artículo segundo. Destínase para el uso de las bodegas y servicios portuarios de la Industria Colombiana de Pesca Marítima, S. A., por un término de cinco (5) años prorrogoble en virtud de nuevo decreto, la parte de los muelles de Buenaventura de que habla el considerando sexto de este Decreto.
