Enlaces . De requerirse enlaces radioeléctricos entre las estaciones base o repetidoras o entre estas y los centros de control, las frecuencias necesarias podrán asignarse previa solicitud del concesionario, siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad de frecuencias, se de cumplimiento a los requerimientos del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y se paguen los derechos correspondientes. Igualmente, se podrán establecer los anteriores enlaces, haciendo uso de circuitos telefónicos o redes, provistas por operadores de servicios básicos de telecomunicaciones debidamente autorizados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
